Urban Luxury Waterfront Lifestyle, Corals at Keppel Bay
Leveraging the iconic landmark status of Reflections at Keppel Bay, Keppel Corporation and Keppel Land have once again partnered master architect Daniel Libeskind for the plot 3 development at Keppel Bay. Located along the historic King’s Dock, Corals at Keppel Bay is envisioned to be a premium waterfront property comprising 366 homes.
Corals at Keppel Bay comprises 11 low to medium rise blocks. Contemporary in style and fluid in design, the blocks cascade toward the waterfront, offering residents inspiring view of the sea, the historic King’s Dock alongside the development, and the lush central garden.
Corals at Keppel Bay is located just a five-minute drive away from the Central Business District, Keppel Bay is part of the vibrant waterfront city in southern Singapore comprising Resorts World Sentosa, Universal Studios Singapore, HarbourFront and VivoCity, Singapore’s largest entertainment and retail hub.
A true waterfront lifestyle awaits homeowners at Corals at Keppel Bay where exclusive amenities and facilities extend to the Marina at Keppel Bay on Keppel Island which include a clubhouse with a member’s lounge, fine restaurants and leisure charter services to access neighbouring islands.
Daniel Libeskind for Corals at Keppel Bay again.
Since establishing Studio Daniel Libeskind in Berlin in 1989, architect Daniel Libeskind has designed major cultural, commercial and residential projects around the world. His commissions include the Jewish Museum Berlin; the extension to the Denver Art Museum; Zlota 44, a residential high-rise in Warsaw; the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre in Hong Kong; the Grand Canal Theatre in Dublin; and Crystals at City Center, a 500,000-square-foot retail complex in Las Vegas. Upon being named master planner for the World Trade Center site in 2003, Mr. Libeskind and his wife and business partner Nina Libeskind moved the practice to New York City, later opening offices in Milan and Zurich. In Singapore, he has skilfully crafted 2 of the island’s most luxurious seafront homes; the Reflections at Keppel Bay and now, the Corals at Keppel Bay.
